The apartment Bella Opera is located on the third floor (with elevator) of an aristocratic palace dating from the late nineteenth century.
The apartment is 40 m2 : one room with double bed, one kitchen with eating area, one bathroom and one toilet. From the window you can admire the beautiful view of the Opera House.

The Bella Opera apartment is next to the beautiful Opera House, in one of the most elegant and safest part of the city center: the VI district, near the border of V and VII districts. All of those districts are at walking distances and represent different styles of the Pest center.
District VI, called Terézváros, has a thriving cultural life. Its most important street is Andrássy Avenue which in its inner part is considered the “Budapest’s Broadway” with the Opera House, Liszt Ferenc Music Academy, and the Operetta Theater. The Avenue also abounds in fine places of entertainment, great restaurants, cafés and bars. Terézváros is a place where you can go for a leisurely walk along the avenue, view the magnificent architectural masterpieces, sit in a café on Liszt Ferenc tér and contemplate the busy street life around you.
In the V district you can find the famous pedestrian shopping area, Váci Street which cuts through the district, with the Great Market Hall at its one end, and Vörösmarty tér on the other end. It is also a business quarter with several major banks, government ministries and offices that flank the grandiose Budapest Parliament on Kossuth tér. Budapest biggest church, St. Stephen’s Basilica stands also in this district.
The VII district is the center of Jewish Budapest. There are several synagogues here. The Great Synagogue in Dohány utca is the second largest and the most beautiful synagogue in the world. It is famous for its pubs and local as for example the Szimplakert.

The Building:
The Building where the Bella Opera aparment is located is catalogued as “monument” from the Republic of Hungary. It was builded in 1890 just few years after the Opera House. Very nice is the internal spiral staircase leading to the three floors.
Surroundings:
The Bella Opera apartment thanks to its optimal location offers an ideal starting point to discover the treasures of the Hungarian culture and history. All the most important monuments of downtown Pest are close and reaceable by foot. The metro line 1 station is located opposite the Opera House, 30 meters from the apartment. Deak Square where stop three metro lines of Budapest, is just 5 minutes walking. The tram number 6 and 4, which run down the center’s ring, stop in Oktogon, 200 meters from the apartment. Diplomatic disctrict is 5 minutes with metro 1.
Universities:
The most of the Universities are close to the apartment. CEU is only 6-8 minutes walking, Corvinus is few stops with tram number 47/49, ELTE (Human studies) is 15 minutes walking, ELTE (science and maths) is 15 minutes with tram 4 or 6, ELTE (law) is 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes with metro 3.
