Bella Opera Apartment

My girl friend and I stayed at the apartment for the month of June, 2013, and it was absolutely perfect for our visit. In the heart of the city, but surprisingly peaceful and quiet down the historic alley - hardly any traffic sounds, much more often the professional pianist catty-corner to the flat, the opera singers practicing in the dressing rooms directly across, or the  quartet playing at the Callis Restaurant's Terrace below.
A perfect location: the metro literally steps from the apartment, but more importantly ideal for walking to all the best neighborhoods. The place is well cared for, both the building which is cleaned weekly and the elevator was fixed within a day of breaking (rare services in Budapest apartments!),
and the flat itself with its antique furniture, fresh flowers, and
amenities made us feel instantly at home.  The writing desk by the window looking onto the Opera's facade is an especially beautiful spot. Zita is a great host, I only wish my landlord back home was as friendly and responsive. Having lived in Budapest a year before that the price is exceptionally reasonable in terms of a short-term rent, location, and service.

I lived for a month in the apartment Bella Opera. The apartment is very charming. It´s very clean, very carefully decorated, with many nice details and flowers. Also, it´s very well furnished. The owners are very helpful and  kind. Because of its great position the view from the apartment is fantastic. It is situated just in front of the Opera House and near the Jewish Quarter, which is one of the most entertaining and interesting  parts of town known for its night life. But, despite its central position the apartment is very quiet. For all these reasons, I highly recommend this place either for longer or shorter stays!

We stayed there for 10 days, and it was a really pleasant stay.

These are the good aspects of this apartment:
-- the location is really good. near to almost all the good restaurants in Budapest; just beside metro station and opera house; walking distance to everywhere
-- the owner couple is so friendly, providing many things to quickly start a life without bothering to buy new staff
-- clean and tidy rooms, kitchen wares
-- very nice and romantic interior decoration

I will definitely recommend this nice apartment to my friends. :)

So lovely! This is the best location!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is lovely decorated, we loved the furniture and the antique decoration. The building is beautiful, too. It is really comfortable, as you have everything to cook and also other machines. The owner was very helpful and gave us a lot of useful suggestions. Location really is 10 out 10! Everything what you need is in walking distance. The best cafes, restaurants and pubs are in this area. We loved especially the wonderful cafes of Budapest...The welcome presents were wonderful! So… amazing?

VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY IN BUDAPEST
Bella opera apartment is a very nice apartment in budapest , across from the Opera in a very quite and safe part of the town. Zita, the owner is very polite and she helped us to find places to eat and many useful places (like supermarkets, pubs, metro station etc). Thank you Zita.
The apartment is fully equipped (kitchen, washing machine, vacum cleaner etc).
Finally is close to everything.

L'appartamento é veramente carino, ci siamo stati benissimo!!!

All'interno ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa, in particolare la  cucina possiede uno stile giovane e sbarazzino.

Super freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter.

My wife and I spent 2 very happy months at "La Dolce Vita" apartment from June to August 2012. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures - a charming place, nicely furnished, in a 19th century courtyard building. The rooms were exactly as the owner described them - a comfortable, large salon, a complete kitchen, a large master bedroom, a smaller second bedroom, a bathroom, and a
separate  toilet. The apartment was furnished with a nice mix of antique and contemporary furniture. The location of the apartment is ideal for Budapest - 2 blocks from Oktogon, 3 blocks from the Basilika, and 2 blocks from the State Opera House. A dozen wonderful restaurants and 2 dozen bars are within 2 blocks. The 4,6 tram is 2 blocks, as is the metro. We enjoyed our stay.
But the most important feature of this apartment is the owner. Zita was ALWAYS available. She had the apartment very clean, already supplied with extra linens, laundry detergent, and paper supplies. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us, as well as fresh cut flowers. She provided extra English language television channels and wifi internet for us, at no additional charge. Twice we had minor
problems, and both were corrected immediately, and with a smile. She is a lovely young lady very concerned about the comfort of her tenants. She speaks excellent English, and she contacted us by email on a regular basis to make sure everything was well. Zita went far beyond what a landlord should do. She actually became a friend. She enriched our stay in Budapest. Whenever we return to Budapest, we will stay in one of her apartments, if at all possible.
